Insurance Programs--RMA This folder includes a set of fact sheets on crop insurance for tree fruits and nuts. The fact sheets are designed by the Risk Management Agency of USDA and are intended as general guides to crop insurance. Links for Production Risk Management Selected Enterprise Budgets This folder contains selected enterprise budgets for tree fruits and nuts. Each of the budgets are Excel files based on the University of California Cost Studies. The information in the Cost Studies has been downloaded into Excel so that you can changes the commodity price, the input prices, the input quantities, and the yield. Any changes you make will cause the budget to automatically recalculate costs and returns. University of California, Davis Cost Studies This folder includes Cost Studies from the University of California Extension Service. All available costs studies can be found at the University of California Cooperative Extension website. The studies herein are relevant to tree fruit and nuts. It is not necessary to read all the costs studies, just to familiarize yourself with those relevant to your commodities.
